Fishing on the Loch
Loch Lomond is the largest fresh water Loch in Scotland so holds possibly the largest variety of fish in Scotland. Salmon and sea trout return up the River Leven, through Balloch, into the Southern reaches of the loch, while brown and rainbow trout, pike, perch, roach, chub and dace offer variety for every angler.
